Services - professional consultancy and capacity building services, responding to the particular needs and demands of cultural actors. Projects - developed and directly implemented, based on needs identified in the society, the contextual developments, as well as organizational know-how, resources, and aspirations. |
A bonding arch that provides stability to the whole endeavor was:
Fund(s) - services of management and administration of grant schemes/funds(s) for culture and a specific set of projects, with the underlying idea of establishing a diversified fund and ultimately developing a sustainable funding environment for culture in the Balkans. art∡ngle managed Balkans Arts and Culture Fund (BAC) in the period July 2013 to June 2016. |
